Care: When putting slippers on your child's feet, be sure to tighten the straps appropriately – this will prevent deformations and breaks in the heel or damage to stitched bonds. Remove dirt with a damp white cloth, then dry the shoes at room temperature. Avoid contact of the slippers with a heat source. Protect slippers from exposure to chemicals and dissolvent agents. Shoes should not be hand-washed or machine-washed. White materials (leather, soles) may turn slightly yellow during use.

We accept only unwashed and unworn goods with original labels for return. Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept underwear (trunks, shorts, briefs, etc.), swimwear, socks, face masks tried on.

In case of  return, products that are packed in boxes (e.g. rain boots) must be sent to us in their original box.
