Care: Remove stains or dirt gently with a wet cloth or a sponge. In case the shoes get soaked, dry them in room temperature or in the shade. Do not use protective paste or cream on the shoes. Do not bleach or tumble dry. When wearing the shoes, keep the weather and your safety in mind.

We accept only unwashed and unworn goods with original labels for return. Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept underwear (trunks, shorts, briefs, etc.), swimwear, socks, face masks tried on.

In case of  return, products that are packed in boxes (e.g. rain boots) must be sent to us in their original box.
