Return and Complaint

The satisfaction of our customers is important to us, and that's why we try to do our job to the best of our ability every day. Despite our best efforts, it can sometimes happen that everything does not go smoothly. We are ready to fix it, so customers have the option to return or claim the goods.

Basic information:

RETURN OF GOODS

  1. The customer has 100 days from receiving the goods to return the goods.
  2. The goods returned must be unworn, unwashed and must have the original packaging and tags.
  3. Underwear and swimwear can also be returned (subject to the conditions in point 2). Women's swimwear must have the original hygiene sticker.
  4. To return the goods, please log in to your customer account and submit a request for the selected item(s). (Registration is not required; we will send you a login code after you provide your email address.)

  6. The customer returns the goods at their own expense.
  7. When sending the goods back to us, the customer should include a printed copy of the email with the return summary in the parcel to help us identify the return. This email is sent to the customer after submitting their request online.
  8. The customer will be informed by email about the receipt and processing of returned goods.
  9. Returned goods will be refunded to the customer within 14 days of delivery of the goods to the specified address.

 

RETURN TERMS FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING THE BOGO DEAL

If the Buyer is interested in returning products purchased during the BOGO deal, the following TERMS and CONDITIONS apply:

  1. Products can be returned within 100 days of receiving the order.
  2. The Buyer shall bear the costs associated with returning the products back to the Seller.
  3. When returning goods purchased during a BOGO deal, the Buyer is obliged to also return the products that he received for free as part of the BOGO deal, i.e. a partial refund of an order placed through a BOGO deal is not possible. The return is linked to the termination condition between the Seller and the Buyer, i.e. if the Buyer withdraws from the contract within the BOGO deal, the contract regarding the free product loses its effectiveness and the Buyer is obliged to return to the Seller the entire content of the BOGO deal (example: if the Buyer orders 3 products within the BOGO deal, where the 2+1 free action setting is applied, it means that the return will apply to all products of the BOGO deal, in this case, 3).
  4. After the returned package is received and processed, the Buyer will be refunded the funds for the returned BOGO deal products. 
    The refund will be made to the Buyer's account from which the order was paid, or to the account specified in the withdrawal form if the order was created on cash on delivery. e) Other refund options for the Buyer for returned BOGO deal products are possible only with the Seller's consent after communication with customer service.

Shipping charges are fixed and unchangeable for the duration of the BOGO deal as stated on the e-shop website.

 

CLAIMING GOODS

  1. To claim the goods, please log in to your customer account and submit a request for the selected item(s). (Registration is not required; we will send you a login code after you provide your email address.)
  2. We also kindly ask you to send us photos of the claimed goods with the visible defect via the contact form.
  3. Claims are resolved by refunding the customer's money within 14 days of the claim request being processed.
  4. The customer will be notified by email about processing of their request.
